A couple tornadoes possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible SUMMARY...A cluster of thunderstorms over northeast North Carolina will track eastward this afternoon posing a risk of a few tornadoes and damaging wind gusts. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 40 statute miles north and south of a line from 65 miles west of Elizabeth City NC to 45 miles east southeast of Norfolk VA.
