URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 581 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 400 AM CST Tue Dec 13 2022 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Southern Oklahoma North Texas * Effective this Tuesday morning from 400 AM until 1100 AM CST. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...A band of thunderstorms - including occasional supercells -- will shift east-northeastward across the watch area through the remainder of the morning. A couple tornadoes are possible, along with sporadic damaging gusts and isolated large hail. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles north and south of a line from 55 miles west of Mineral Wells TX to 25 miles southeast of Sherman TX.
